And Then There Were Four

I am really starting to dread when I see Aren come running into a room and randomly burst out phrases that don't make sense until thought upon. Last time it was, "Mom, Chester's a girl!" Today it was, "Mom, I think it ate a baby!"

Yeah, you heard me. That thing Aren picked up at the pet store went and ate a baby. We're not quite sure when, but we do know two things...it happened after the 26th of February when this last picture was taken and the four little suckers that are left were witnessed playing with a tiny set of legs connected to a nice back bone in the wee hours of the morning.

Nasty.

What drama, I ditto the FB comment , no hamsters for us. The babies are getting cuter though ( the ones that are left).

Would it be to early to set them all free in a big open field?

I wanted to eat Maren once.

Seriously, why didn't you take/post a picture of the back bone and legs dangling?

I actually thought about it Sarah, but I almost vomited when I saw two creatures pulling their dead brother's legs apart like some kind of wish bone. I refuse to go into Aren's room until those things are gone.

Okay, I think I may have just thrown up in my mouth a little. That is GROSS! I kind of thought it was a possibility when the hamsters were those gross red things, but those are fairly big.

They'll often eat the ones that are sickly or malformed in some way. Survival of the fittest, right?

I'm with Sarah. Either eating or flushing down the toilet

I'll never need any further evidence that I will never own any creature belonging to the rodent family.
